Did You Ever See A Turkey?

I picked up this rhyme from Sunflower Storytime. I liked that we can be silly with different feather patterns and not just the colors. It worked out that in my rather large pile of felt I had sheets with patterns on it that matched the rhyme so I could cut this out rather quickly. It is sung to the tune of “Did You Ever See A Lassie?”

Tune: Did You Ever See A Lassie

Did you ever see a turkey, a turkey, a turkey,
Did you ever see a turkey, with feathers so bright?
With red ones and orange ones and yellow ones and brown ones,
Did you ever see a turkey with feathers so bright?

Did you ever wee a turkey, a turkey, a turkey,
Did you ever see a turkey, with feathers so bright?
With spotted ones and striped ones and zebra ones and cow ones,
Did you ever see a turkey with feathers so bright?
